Rental Terms and Conditions
Payment and Reservation Confirmation
Payment will be accepted with a credit or debit card. By signing this contract, you authorize Bucket List Travel and Tours to retain your card information on file so that you are able to receive a refund for your Security Deposit, or in the event that there are incidentals that need to be charged.
In order to confirm your booking, 50% of all funds owed will be collected at the time of booking. To be collected at the time of booking is $625.00 (one half of the security deposit) and 50% of your total reservation cost (including fees).
All remaining payments must be received by Bucket List Travel and Tours at least 30 days in advance of your departure date.
If your booking is not fully paid by the payment deadline (30 days in advance of departure):
Your booking will be canceled
Fifty percent of the final booking total (including the deposit) will be retained
You will be subject to the conditions of the cancellation policy. Please see the cancellation policy below for more details.
In the event that your reservation is made within 30 days of your intended departure date, the full balance of your reservation in addition to the full security deposit ($1,250.00) will be collected upon booking.
Security Deposit Fees and Coverage
We don't like to charge anything against your security deposit; however, there are potential instances that make it necessary for us to charge your security deposit for damage or other overage charges.
The refundable $1,250 security deposit helps cover accidental or intentional damages as well as supplemental charges including, but not limited to:
Insurance deductible in case of an accident
Unintentional or intentional damage
Broken or ruined items supplied with the rental
Excessive cleaning over and above our allotted 3-hour turn over time
Pet damage if not covered by pet fees
Extra generator hours
Fuel replacements if not returned replenished

The entirety of your security deposit is due no less than 30 days in advance of your departure date and will be returned within approximately 7 days from the date your check-out inspection was performed, sooner if possible.
Your deposit will be returned in the form of a credit card refund, or in the form of a check mailed to the address you supply on this contract. The security deposit may also be withheld if it is discovered that the pre-departure paperwork has not been fully completed by all persons in renting party prior to or after the rental has occurred.
By signing this contract, you authorize Bucket List Travel and Tours, LLC. to deduct from the security deposit any expenses not covered by the standard cleaning fees or additional unforeseen and unusual excesses. Any necessary deductions will be accompanied by an itemized list and will accompany your refund.
In the event vehicle damage and/or supplemental charges exceed the renter’s security deposit amount, the renter agrees to pay for all verifiable damage or supplemental charges within 30 days of RV rental return walk-through. You authorize Bucket List Travel and Tours to charge your card on file for the excess fees owed. All repair invoices will be provided (damage verified during return walk-through).
Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds
Because most travelers book well in advance, after we reserve your dates for you, we turn down all other requests for your dates after they are booked. It is very difficult to re-rent dates that have already been marked as booked on the availability calendar. In addition, many campgrounds in Colorado are booked online six months in advance.
Cancellations made more than thirty (30) days prior to departure will receive a refund of the balance paid minus a $250 cancellation fee and any third-party charges we paid on behalf of your original reservation transaction.
If canceled within less than 30 days of the renter’s departure date, 50% of all funds paid will be retained. Partial refunds will be given only under the following conditions:
In the event that we are able to re-rent the RV for the duration of your dates or longer.
If the RV is re-rented for fewer nights than the duration of your contracted vacation, you will receive the amount equivalent to the re-rented dates, less a $250 cancellation fee. We will refund anything we can recover from a new renter, minus the $250 if we get the RV re-rented.
If you need to change your reservation dates, funds paid to-date will be held for the new reservation dates with any differences in seasonal rates and taxes being collected or refunded at the time of the date change, regardless of your new check-in date.
Because we reserve your dates for you, we turn down all other requests for your dates after they are booked. As a result, there will be a $250 charge collected for any reservation date change made less than 30 days prior to your original departure date.
If you end your vacation early:
No refunds or credits will be given for any reduction of contracted dates within 30 days of your departure date.
If you decide to return early after your trip has begun, that is your decision and no refunds will be given.
Pick-up and Return Times
RV Pick-up is from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m.
RV Return is from 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m.
Late return prompts a charge of $50 per hour for every hour past 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. Returns after 2:00 p.m. will incur a $200 charge.
No smoking of any kind is permitted inside the vehicle.
The maximum capacity of the vehicle is four people, including the driver.
Minimum Age of Driver
All drivers must be at least 25 years of age on the day of departure.
You may NOT sub-lease the RV, or leave early and allow someone else to remain for the length of your rental without our consent. If you plan to split time in the RV, you must notify our office and BOTH PARTIES must sign separate rental agreements. BOTH PARTIES will be held fully responsible for all terms, additional paperwork, and arrangements. The security deposit paid may be affected by sub-let violations, regardless of which party violated. The original signer on this contract has financial responsibility for any person or property in the RV during your stay.
We reserve the right to cancel this agreement without notice, prior to your departure for any reason or condition we deem necessary. If we cancel the agreement prior to your stay, we will notify you as soon as we are able and we will refund your payments in full within seven (7) business days if we cancel prior to your arrival.
Release Of Liability
For your reservation to be considered fully confirmed, the Release of Liability must be signed at least 30 days before departure by every adult passenger or driver and/or the parent/guardian of any minor passengers.
If your reservation is made within 30 days of your departure date, the Release of Liability must be submitted upon booking for the reservation to be fully confirmed.
If any passenger, driver, or parent/guardian of a minor passenger refuses to sign the Release of Liability, the reservation will be canceled and the renter will be subject to the cancellation policy.

Our goal is to provide you with an RV Rental experience that exceeds your expectations. We want to be sure you are 100% satisfied with our RV and that our level of customer service (in the event that you are not satisfied) is top-notch.
Our goal is that you are so satisfied that you can’t wait to come back, and also that you feel confident in recommending our RV to your friends in the future. In order to achieve that goal, we need your input.
Therefore, we ask you to partner with us and agree to the following request:
If for any reason and at any time during your stay, you (or anyone else in your party) are not completely satisfied with our RV Rental, please contact us DURING YOUR STAY, the minute you become aware of any problem or something that is not satisfactory to you.
For example, if you do not understand the operation of any appliance, generator, plumbing, electronic device, or anything in the RV; or if you have any trouble on the road, please give us the chance to remedy the issue during your vacation and get you on your way.
Our team always does their best and sometimes works very long hours to keep our RV Rental unit clean and in working order. If for some reason, you find something you are not satisfied with, please let us know immediately so that we can at least try our best to remedy the issue.
